The UK Government has today (10th June 2020) published the Outsourcing Playbook Version 2.0. The Playbook is the central Government guidance on service delivery, including the role of outsourcing.
The Serco Institute was delighted, in January 2020, to host a roundtable on the development of the Playbook, with keynote talks by Gareth Rhys Williams (Government Chief Commercial Officer) and Rupert Soames OBE (Group Chief Executive, Serco). A report of the event can be found here.
